For more than thirty years, Rick and Karin Windlinx have faithfully served in pastoral ministry, dedicating their lives to advancing the Kingdom of God. Their ministry journey has encompassed every area of church life—children’s ministry, youth ministry, worship leadership, men’s and women’s ministry, retreats, church planting, and church building projects. Through each season, they have modeled steadfast faith, servant leadership, and a deep love for God’s people.

Having served as senior pastors, Rick and Karin have led with wisdom, compassion, and a passion to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Their ministry reflects a lifetime commitment to equipping the Body of Christ and strengthening the Church for future generations.

Today, as the founders of Legacy Leaders, they continue that calling by teaching and training men and women of all ages to step confidently into their God-given dreams and ministry callings.
